The central design team at Fitness First continue to call on the creativity, knowledge and experience of the Harled team to light up and enhance both new build and refurbishment spaces at Fitness First gyms across the UK.

The brief for the St Albans gym included the upgrade and replacement of the entire lighting system, mirroring the brand ethos of uplift and empowerment, whilst enhancing the desired sense of wellness for visitors. Designs considered the wider branding aesthetics as well as the Fitness First ethos and audience to create this dynamic lighting scheme.
