Fitness First

Fitness First consists of 44 fitness clubs throughout the UK. All offer state of the art equipment, a huge range of classes and unrivalled expertise.

In late 2019 Fitness First, on the iconic Baker Street in London, embarked on a complete refurbishment. Harled Lighting Design offered a design to transform the ambiance of the club. Following consultation with the senior management, the reception, along with the free style area, spin studio and cardio theatre, all had a decorative and lighting makeover. Using colour and bespoke manufactured luminaires, the club has a balance of functional and ‘fun’ illumination to suit all of the different areas and disciplines.
